Join your fellow Columbia Alumni of MN in giving back to our community. We will be volunteering at Second Harvest Heartland (www.2harvest.org) on May 31^st from 6-8pm at their Golden Valley location. As volunteers, we will repackage bulk foods such as pasta or cereal into consumer size packages, sort and salvage damaged products or food items, sort food from food drives and donations, or label cans. These items go to their nearly 1,000 partner agencies, including food shelves and feeding programs that serve our hungry neighbors.

Parking:

• Parking available in front of our entrance (Suite 1700), northwest corner of building.
• Overflow parking in the back of the building, opposite truck docks.
• Please do not park in spaces reserved for other building tenants.
• Consider carpooling with other group members.

What to Wear:

• Dress in comfortable clothing, such as a t-shirt or sweatshirt and jeans or shorts.
• You MUST wear closed toe shoes - no sandals! Any volunteer who arrives without closed toe shoes will be asked to wear shoes that we will provide.
