Join the Minnesota Sinfonia for a romantic program featuring a performance of Sarasate’s Carmen Fantasy by violinist Eric Silberger '11CC. The concert is free and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Featured Alumni Artist Eric Silbinger

Virtuoso violinist Eric Silberger has performed as soloist, recitalist and chamber musician throughout the United States and around the world, including solo performances with the St Petersburg Philharmonia, Chamber Orchestra of the Mariinsky Theatre, Munich Chamber Orchestra, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, among others. Born to a musical family, Eric is a fourth generation musician. He began violin studies with his mother at the age of five. Since 2005, Eric has studied at The Juilliard School with Glenn Dicterow, Concertmaster of the New York Philharmonic. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University, and a Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School.
